To be successful, you will be someone who is passionate, a reliable team player who has a proven record of leading and managing stores to achieve great sales results, together with providing exceptional customer experiences and importantly create a great atmosphere where your team will thrive and enjoy coming to work.As the leader of this store, you will be an ambassador for our company values and embody our great company culture together with leading this store through a very exciting phase of Jo Mercer's evolution.You will have the skills to deliver the following:Drive success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring together with providing ongoing feedback whilst working closely with your Regional Manager to build a highly effective teamCreate an empowering team environment to deliver outstanding resultsProvide an exceptional customer experience and build a loyal customer networkInitiate and implement strategies to achieve KPI's and maintain a profitable businessProvide a supportive and engaging environment for the teamWhat we ask you to bring to the role:Have an engaging and bubbly personality and someone who can provide an awesome customer experienceStrong leadership experience with a background in managing a teamProven ability to engage and motivate your team to achieve KPIsA passion for retail and providing superior customer experiencesExceptional communication and organisational skillsAn abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build great team dynamicsExperience in recruitment and developing your teamAbility to work a Tuesday to Saturday rosterAbout UsJo Mercer is a proudly Australian operated business since 1998 and has grown to become one of Australia's most loved footwear brands.The success of Jo Mercer has been built on the core fundamentals of fashion, leather and quality.
