The role works directly with the Group's Supply Chain team to optimise financial performance and strategic decision-making.Support for JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys Finance Business Partners:Query, extract, and process data to support reporting, commercial analysis, and insights.Analyse and report on large data sets to deliver actionable insights across key business areas, including product categories, stores, online, supply chain, and major strategic initiatives.Effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders across the Group to drive business outcomes.Key Business Partnering:Collaborate with financial reporting teams to deliver monthly Group Supply Chain financial reports, including thorough result interrogation and reconciliation.Develop and analyse supply chain and logistics operational metrics to drive process efficiencies, enhance the customer experience, and improve financial and operational results from logistics partners.Partner closely with the Supply Chain team to create strategic plans, develop business cases for investment in strategic initiatives, and serve as the bridge between operations and Finance.About youCustomer Focus - Does everything through the eyes of the customerManages Complexity - Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problemsAction Oriented - Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with urgency, energy, and enthusiasmOptimises Work Processes - Creates the most effective and efficient processes to get things doneEnsures Accountability - Holds self and others accountable to meet commitmentsCollaborates - Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesCommunicates Effectively - Communicates with a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesSelf-Development - Actively seeks new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development opportunitiesQualifications:Advanced user of Excel, BI and visualisation tools (Power BI)Preferred expertise in data analytics / modellingTertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance with CA/CPA certificationTo ApplyIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
