The Opportunity
This is a fast-paced role, where no two days are the same.
You'll be on the front line, working with our most valuable asset, our franchisees

Reporting to the Regional Manager for WA, this role is based out of our WA Support Office, but you'll hardly be there.
You'll be out on the road in bakeries, assisting our franchisees with growing their sales, developing their people & taking full advantage of our Marketing Campaigns & Operational standards.
You'll need to be comfortable in a retail environment, understanding the principles of great customer service and enjoy interrogating data to seek out opportunities for improvement or further growth.

Key responsibilities include:
Working with franchisees to monitor, communicate, and improve bakery sales performance, including community involvement and social media planning.
Working with franchisees to provide operational assistance, ensuring product schedules meet customer demand and product standards are maintained.
Ensuring bakeries are meeting or exceeding standards expectations for cleanliness, presentation, Safety, & Food Health & Safety.
Ensuring all franchisees and their employees complete mandatory online training for new campaigns, sales, & Workplace Health & Safety.
Conducting Annual Business Reviews to set portfolio plans and actions for each franchisee for the Financial Year.
Being the on the ground representative, and first point of contact for franchisees within your area.

We're looking for someone who is a great communicator, is comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, and has a passion for working with people.

You will be able to build rapport and trust with our franchisees in your area, and be able to use your critical thinking to prioritise tasks and solve challenges.
You will also have:
Previous experience in retail, or a related industry.
Able to communicate strategies and ideas effectively and provide influence and leadership where appropriate.
A passion for data interpretation and analysis, and competence in all MS Office applications.
The ability to manage and navigate complex situations.
