This clinical leadership role works with a team of managers, nurses and carers who will look to you to set the standard of care in the care home.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role leads clinical care providing clinical assessments, care planning and liaising with medical officers and allied health professionals.The Care Manager is an empowering and inspirational leader, creating a culture where people love to work and are valued for what they do.
