Since then, we've branched out to cover three tiers of services including Workplace Services, People and Employee Services, and Disability Services – still driven by a single goal: to elevate the wellbeing of people, workplaces and communities across Australia.With our team of over 900 healthcare professionals offering a suite of holistic, evidence-based, health advice and therapy services, our mission is to be the Australian market leader in supporting people on their wellbeing journey.YOUR NEW ROLEAs a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play an instrumental role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.Your clinical expertise and guidance will be pivotal in supporting individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and the workforce.Develop personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitationComplete a range of assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLS).Use lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify potential return to work pathways in line with likely recovery milestonesUtilise problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimantsYou will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factorsPresent case information to various stakeholders and providing credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goalWHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN USA tertiary qualification in either Exercise Physiology and appropriate registration with ESSAFull Australian working rightsCurrent driver's license and carHOW TO APPLYIf Altius sounds like a place to be you click 'Apply Now'.If you would like to have a confidential conversation before applying or if you're interested in a career with Altius but this role is not right for you, please call Amie on or feel free to connect on LinkedIn: in/amiegargan/We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant.Altius Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and an inclusive workforce.
