We are looking to hire a Housekeeper who is outgoing, reliable, and coachable. At FFC high-quality customer service is a must You will provide an inviting, clean, and safe environment for all visitors while staying true to FFC's core values. You'll also join a compassionate and diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and creating value by helping others.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workersDemonstrate a positive customer service attitude in keeping with the company's Core Values of Friendliness, Superior Service, Integrity, Safety, and ImprovementRespond to the member's concerns, suggestions, and requestsKeep all areas of the club safe, clean, and orderly at all timesReport all safety concerns, broken equipment, and member concerns to your managerYou will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Sort, launder, fold linens and towelsSweep, scrub and sanitize all areas of the facilityVacuum all carpetingWash walls, ceilings, and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, sills, and water fountainsEmpty wastebaskets and dust furnitureTransport trash and waste to disposalReplenish bathroom suppliesReplace light bulbsAttend scheduled staff meetingsWhat We Offer: Insurance - Medical (only for Full-time employees), Dental and Vision insurance through UnitedHealthcareCompany-paid Life Insurance (only for Full-time employees)401K - with company matchProfessional Development Reimbursement - FFC will match 50% of the cost for an activity up to a maximum reimbursement amount of $200 allowed during the calendar year.
