Do you have what it takes to be our next Service Advisor? As our point of contact, you will need the ability to genuinely connect with customers and assist them with their requests, whether in person or on the phone.
This is a high-paced environment where you'll be dealing with various customers, but it is also very rewarding.

As the liaison between our customers and our Sales, Service, and Repair Departments, you will ensure that technicians understand our customers' needs and that the recommended solutions are clearly communicated to the customers.
Your daily tasks will include:
Greeting customersDetermining their needs and chargesBriefing the relevant departmentEstablishing timelinesTracking progressKeeping customers updatedTo succeed, you'll need to be a highly organized individual with up-to-date knowledge of our services and exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Working well within a team environment is essential, as is a current NSW driver's licence, a working knowledge of our ERA and Pentana computer systems, and proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs.
