As Sales and Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately entering and coordinating sales orders and liaising with the sales team to communicate delivery timeline expectations for Normet customers.What we offerFull-time permanent position I Monday to Friday I 9am - 5pmAnnual remuneration reviewTraining and professional development including access to global training programsEmployee Assistance Program, Rewards & Recognition, and Years of Service ProgramsSupportive team culture and engaging work environmentFree onsite parkingCall back allowanceUniforms providedKey responsibilitiesProvide sales quotations of goods offered by NAP at customers' requestManage spare parts sales and inquiries on our national support hotlinePrepare and issue invoices and sales orders to confirm spare parts and after-market service ordersCoordinate purchase order authorisation with the head office as requiredSource and procure non-genuine spare parts when necessary, ensuring compliance with quality and pricing standardsPerform quality checks on received goods, ensuring pricing accuracy, and follow up on outstanding orders as neededProvide timely and accurate sales order confirmations to customersComplete business and back-order reporting accurately and within deadlinesCollaborate with management, workshop, and sales teams to establish sales forecasts and address future production supply needsOversee production jobs, ensuring efficient workflow and operational accuracy by opening, monitoring, managing, and closing these tasksEnsure customer satisfaction in relation to spare parts sales and inquiries, with all relevant information accurately captured in D365Leverage D365 data management tools to plan and meet customer delivery expectations.Ensure full and timely sales delivery (DIFOT) by effectively managing data and collaborating with the sales team on delivery requirementsCommunicate effectively with internal and external customers to identify needs and recommend suitable spare parts solutionsSupport the sales team by identifying and promoting upselling opportunities.To shine in this position, you will need2-3 years' experience in Parts Interpreter or Spare Parts Administrator role or similar.
