The purpose of this role is to identify gaps in the network and identify opportunities to improve the network effectiveness and efficiency. This specifically involves analysing our network, competitor networks and growth corridor opportunities.The successful candidate will utilise specialist tools to identify network gaps and opportunities and research new growth corridors and road changes that will drive investment decisions. An objective of the role is to identify strong growth opportunities prior to our competitors. The output of the role is a Network plan and Network Development plan which will be living documents that are updated as the business grows.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop a comprehensive network plan aligned with organisational goalsDevelop a Network Development road map, together with project rankingsEvaluate current network performance and efficiency and identify areas for improvement.Forecast network demands based on development of growth corridors, trends, and market conditionsData Analysis and Reporting:Utilise advanced analytics to monitor network performance and identify gaps in retail network; highlighting opportunities for growth and network repositioningGenerate regular reports to inform stakeholders of key metrics and progressStrong understanding of network planning and infrastructureExcellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to focus on both the big picture and details.If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding role within a dynamic work environment, please click the 'Apply' tab below to submit your resume in PDF or Word format.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Planning Manager?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?Do you own or have regular access to a car?
