All while staying committed to our member first ethos as a proud Industry Fund.About the roleAs our Senior Manager, Industry Partnerships Portfolio at Cbus you'll be our go-to industry partnerships professional - leading our team of Industry Partnerships Consultants and working collaboratively across the business to ensure the timely delivery of our partnerships program in line with our fund objectives. This role will manage and develop relationships with industry partners and is responsible for leading the team to negotiate partnerships and deliver them within a governance framework. Types of partnerships include Employer Associations, Unions, Member Health and Environment, Social and Governance organisations.The role will be responsible (however not limited) for the following:Consulting and collaborating with key functional areas and stakeholders across Cbus and establishing objectives, targets and KPIs meeting all applicable compliance requirements for our Industry Partnerships portfolio.Working strategically with our Head of Marketing Strategy and Operations as well as the Group Head of Brand and Marketing to develop a focused strategy and plan around Industry Partnerships to support the delivery of Cbus' growth and member strategy.Establishing objectives, targets and KPIs for the Industry Partnerships portfolio and leading the team to deliver outcomes in line with the objectives, targets and KPIs.Ensuring each Partnership agreement is assessed against the Partnership Spend Assessment Framework and business cases are developed in line with Industry Partnerships Econometric modelling.Working with the Brand and Partnerships activation team to help build a plan that will enable the delivery of the agreed benefits for each Partnership agreement ensuring continual monitoring and optimisation.Ensuring the Partnership Portfolio management activities meet all applicable compliance requirements (legal, regulatory and others) and managing the industry partnerships governance framework including data and measurement metrics, policy and procedure, internal audit and risk and compliance.About YouFurther to your Tertiary Qualifications in a business, marketing, or related discipline, you'll bring experience in a Senior leadership role and ideally having successfully led a high performing Partnerships and/or Sponsorships function.You will have worked within a complex operational/policy environment ideally within financial services/superannuation.You're an active collaborator, influencer with strong negotiation and commercial experience - you understand what makes an effective commercial partnership.You operate with integrity, maturity and strong personal and business ethics combined with sound judgement and a commitment to transparency and accountability.You will have well-developed influencing, organisational, communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.Your knowledge of superannuation related legislation, service delivery, administration and trends will be well regarded however not essential.We're keen to hear from youIf you've read through the requirements of this role and you feel like you haven't fully met the criteria, we would still encourage you to apply.
