The role will be accountable for system and integration analysis and improvements, configuration, customisation and support, as well as project delivery for NetSuite changes.
You will collaborate with team members across the business and external development teams to perform customisations, resolve user issues and define processes within business systems.
Team management and performance will be a key focus for this role, having direct reports both locally and overseas.
SYSTEM MANAGEMENT & ENHANCEMENT Manage, configure and administer NetSuite (including providing training and change management as required)Responsible for twice yearly full regression testing of upgrade releasesProvide Business and Systems analysis across Australian and off-shore operational officesLiaise with project leads and stakeholders about their experience and requirements to ensure a whole-of-company approach to the use of NetSuite for new businesses or channelsEnsure rigorous deployment processes are followed for software changes according to best practice methodologyEnsure that documentation is continually updatedAnalysis and correcting integration and system errors – including program code changesIdentification and action on Continuous Improvement activitiesContinual monitoring of errors and ensure incremental improvements of NetSuite and integrationsBe Technical SME for NetSuite.Provide sound analysis and quality resolution of complex technical and business issues, including those previously undocumentedProvide mentoring and coaching of applications support team memberPeople management, creating a collaborative team culture with high performing team membersTHE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US 5+ years experience working as Netsuite Developer, 2+ years working as a Netsuite Tech Lead (or equivalent)Retail background experience will be highly regardedDegree qualified in Computer Science, Information technology or related fieldDemonstrated experience in NetSuite, especially in the financial modulesDemonstrated experience in NetSuite functional and technical designExcellent troubleshooting skills to assist end users with software; a curiosity based approach to problem managementHighly developed analytical and investigative skills with an ability to work under pressureFinance background desirableNetSuite Suitescript 1.0/2.0., SOAP and REST webservicesNetSuite Support Function, Troubleshooting,Data Migration- Master Record, Transactions, Custom Records, Workflows, Suite Analytics-Dashboard (Basic), Searches/Reports, Creating (New)NetSuite Manual Testing of Configuration developed during Support, CSV Upload, Workflow- Approval, Workflow Configuration (Multi level mechanismJoin Forever New and become part of a community that values your uniqueness and offers exciting opportunities for personal and professional growth.
