Excellent opportunity for a HSET with TAE 116 to work an 8 / 6 roster on an earthworks project for 3-4 months.

We currently have an opportunity for a HSET Advisor with a TAE 116 to join one of our trusted mining clients
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to corporate and project teams in the delivery of work activities safely and to ensure health, safety & environmental management system compliance as well as completing site-based Training & Assessing.
Duties and Responsibilities: Implement, audit and conduct inspections of site specific HSE management systems.Assist operational teams in complying with the HSE Management system.Develop and implement new HSE initiatives.Compile and issue HSE based reports (incident reports, trends analysis).Communicate HSE requirements to project / corporate teams.Monitor the implementation of operational safety, health and environmental policies and programs.Ensure effective communication of HSE information across the site.Conduct incident investigations and issue findings to project team and management teams as required.Complete auditing to FSC standards.Provide training & advice on health and safety matters to site work areas.Perform training activities and assessments on various earthworks equipment.Create plans and deliver site training objectives.Develop retraining plans for those who do not achieve the required result during the assessment activity.Essential Requirements: Cert IV OH&S (Essential).Cert IV Training & Assessing 116 (Essential).White Card.VOC experience on Earthworks equipment.Construction mining experience.Full, current driver's license.Minimum intermediate level across the Microsoft Office suite of programs.Previous experience within HSE databases.Ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders.If your experience matches the above criteria, please apply.
