We are currently seeking a resource sector experienced HSET Advisor to be site-based on large scale resource construction projects in Western Australia on a 2 / 1 FIFO arrangement.
Comfortable working in a large project team, you will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and strong technical ability to:
Engage and support our project team and workforce to champion the use of our systems, client requirements, and industry best practices.Implement HSE standards and procedures.Undertake audits, inspections, and frontline engagements.Contribute to risk workshops, communication forums, and safety initiatives.Contribute to work method statements, project plans, and reviews.Contribute to incident investigations and reviews.Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.Support training activities to build team capability.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with: Certificate IV in OSH / WHS (Diploma desirable)Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 highly desirable)Demonstrable experience in the resource sectorKnowledge of current legislation, standards, and industry requirementsYou may also have the following additional desirable skills:
