Position Summary: Responding to guest feedback on internal and external social media and communication platformsComplete administration tasks and provide general support to hotel General Manager and department managersPrepare, update and maintain hotel documentsUpdate daily hotel operational reportsAssist with the coordination of General Manager's meeting scheduleCoordinate internal meetings, preparation of presentations and documenting meeting minutesAssist with other department needs as requiredSpecial event planning / coordination for internal and or external events when neededSupport each department to deliver service excellence with each customer experienceAssist with department operations and events as requiredAbout You: Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesWorking rights in AustraliaExceptional written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environmentArmed with smart solutions and a can-do attitudeMarriott Hotel is part of Marriott International's Premium portfolio, which has committed to putting people first for 90+ years.
