Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the USANA Australia market as a Graphic Designer.
In this role, you are responsible for managing the production of visual concepts for print and digital in line with the USANA brand guidelines to support the sales & marketing departments.What You Will Do as a USANA Product Marketing SpecialistEssentialCreate communication materials that express and comply to USANA brand and product brand guidelines.Be a custodian for all USANA brand materials ensuring consistent visual expression across all media.Create and design communications materials across all media.Manage projects and timelines for creative execution project deliverables and expectations across all department initiators.Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.Manage contract labour if large scale projects or overflow work requires additional resources.Prioritise and manage multiple projects as required including timelines and budgets.Perform selection, retouching and manipulation of images as required.Ensure all talent releases, licensing of creative materials is accurate and up to date.Work with corporate office to ensure timely delivery and communication of local market needs.Work with design software and other digital programs to supply finished artwork for reproduction across media.Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.Background and Skills You Will NeedMinimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.Diploma in Graphic Design or Bachelor's Degree in Design/Visual Communication or equivalent.Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, digital and the web.Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.An analytical mind and ability to think critically.Exceptional design and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to take conceptual ideas to execution.Ability to explain design principles to a broader audience.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.Advanced working knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, Canva, InDesign, and other graphic design software.Ability to edit short video and GIFs.Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.Strong analytical skills.An interest in health/fitness/skin care.Must be detail-oriented and results-oriented, experience working in complex environments and ability to work autonomously.Ability to effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.Position is located in AustraliaAbout USANASince 1992, USANA has provided the world with the highest-quality products focused on nutritional supplements, skincare, and a healthy lifestyle.
