We have an exciting opportunity as a Senior Advisor, Wellbeing (Psychologist) to join our Health Safety and Wellbeing team.
You'll be a key player in promoting and enhancing employee wellbeing through evidence-based, proactive approaches.
From delivering expert advice and designing holistic wellbeing initiatives, your work will directly support our workforce in managing the unique challenges of complex operational environments.
The current priorities for this role are:
Design and Deliver Wellbeing Products and Services: Assist in developing and delivering employee health, safety and wellbeing initiatives and training, consistent with corporate objectives.
Support Leaders: Provide practical guidance to supervisors and managers on supporting staff through mental health challenges and responding to workplace incidents.
Collaborate and Network: Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers to strengthen support networks across QCS.

About You
You are a registered psychologist with experience in mental health, wellbeing, or organisational psychology related fields within complex operational environments.
You're skilled in delivering targeted advice, designing and facilitating programs and training, collaborating with diverse teams, and applying insights to drive impactful wellbeing initiatives.
Formal qualifications in psychology and full registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency.
Willingness to undertake occasional travel across Queensland.
Applications to remain current for 12 months.
