About the role
As our Team Leader , you will be responsible for leading a well-established, dedicated and passionate team of allied health and behaviour support professionals.
Your main focus?
To foster a culture of collaboration , accountability , and continuous improvement , where team members are empowered to contribute their ideas and innovate .
You will be a strong leader, mentoring your team to provide high-quality services in accordance with the NDIS scheme .

Duties
Provide clear and focused leadership to your multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Support your staff with supervision and be a hands-on Team Leader, who prioritises their staff and is available and approachable.
Hold a small caseload of clients when required to ensure our clients in the local area receive the highest levels of service .
Sit as an integral part of our Regional Management Team , with full support of your Manager and a buddy from our peer network to help you settle in and thrive

Skills and Experience
Relevant Tertiary qualification and relevant disability sector experience .
Track record of improving client outcomes in disability services and desire to provide high quality services to clients.
The ability to build and develop an engaged , high performing team.
Good management skills including troubleshooting , managing multiple deadlines and conflict resolution .
Pragmatic approach to problem solving , decision making and managing balancing priorities.
Working in a collaborative , cross functional way with teams, peers and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
