Position: Field Service Engineer (Queensland)
Type: Permanent
Work Location: Queensland, Northeastern
Report: Senior Manager, Technical Services ANZ
Visa Condition: Must have valid working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
Work Condition: Must obtain a Queensland Electrical Work License such as Electrical Mechanic, Electrical Linesperson, Restricted Electrical License, Electrical Fitter, Electrical Jointer or Electrical Work Training Permit.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Service Team in Queensland, Northeastern with an opportunity to work on our sites.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Services ANZ, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients around the world.
You will be part of a highly skilled and dedicated team, working together to ensure the successful implementation of our life-saving medical equipment.
This is a critical area of the business, and we are looking for high performers with a breadth of proven experience within electro-mechanical or technical and computer competency skills.
A full current driver's license is crucial, and a generous car allowance will be provided for this role.

Key Responsibilities: Installation, repair and testing of medical equipmentPlanning and performing annual maintenance program for a variety of hardwareProvide troubleshooting technical support to customersRecord accurate reporting of service detailsIdentify and communicate repair trendsExcellent customer focus and relationship buildingAbility to travel as requiredStrong written and oral communication skills.Requirements: Eligibility towards obtaining a Queensland Electrical Work License.Obtain Electronics/Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Advance Diploma or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry would be ideal, however not necessary.Solid technical experience in an electro-mechanical and/or electrical field.Understanding of servicing to Australia Standard AS3551.Valid and unrestricted Driver's license with access to a vehicleAny required certification for working in public places and the health field by local law.Minimum basic skill level in MS Office applications.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Ability to work autonomously and as a team player, with a drive and determination to succeed.Preferred EST practicing license (Electrical Safety Testing).Trade level certification in Electrical Australia or New Zealand relevant standards.Strong attention to detail.Current Working with Children Check Number. #J-18808-Ljbffr
