Own Your Pipeline: Identify leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals that meet targets.
Sales Appointments: Run site assessments, prepare project estimates, and deliver proposals that wow clients.
Hit Your Targets: Generate monthly sales revenue with large average job sizes.
Convert Like a Boss: Close a minimum of 28% of all sales appointments provided or self-generated.
Maximize Margins: Close high-value deals—because we're not in the business of lowball quotes or budget jobs.
We deliver premium solutions to clients who value quality.
Follow Up Relentlessly: There's no lead you can't close and no opportunity you'll let slip through the cracks.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of proven success in sales (painting, construction, or trade industry preferred).
A closing mindset—you don't stop until you get a yes or a no .
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
A natural relationship builder who earns trust and respect with clients.
Tech-savvy: CRM systems, sales tools, and apps are second nature to you.
Valid C-Class Driver's Licence (because you'll be out there getting deals done).
