About the Role
This role will provide comprehensive human resource generalist advice to clients, across the range of employment life cycle issues to support best business outcomes. This will encompass, but is not limited to compliance requirements, recruitment support, performance management, remuneration, culture, workforce planning, learning and development, organisation design, employee relations, mediation, and other services and initiatives in support of strategic plans and business objectives.
Working as a key advocate for the Practice Management Consulting (PMC) business inside Avant Practice Solutions, this role will contribute to the development and design of employment services delivery and team development. Helping to shape and implement effective processes for safe, sustainable, and scalable services. Maintaining an engaged and collaborative culture while fostering an atmosphere of continual improvement.

Purpose: Provide exceptional customer service, human resource advice, and leadership to our clientsWithin the team take on people management advisory roles for medical practices and doctorsContribute to the analysis of human resource needs and recommendation in medical practicesExecute projects in the interests of Avant Practice Solutions and its clientsOversee, contribute to, and support the staff management of private medical practicesAdapt to the demand of different practice needs required for a range of clientsEncourage an atmosphere of engagement and continual improvementProjects that the Practice Management Consulting (PMC) team manage include:
