About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Dental Manager to join our thriving dental practice in Mitcham, Victoria.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental clinic, ensuring the smooth running of the practice and delivering exceptional patient care.
What you'll be doing Providing overall direction and management for the service, facility, organization or centerDeveloping, implementing and monitoring procedures, policies and administrative staff.Monitoring and evaluating resources devoted to oral health.Controlling administrative operations such as budget planning, report preparation, expenditure on supplies, equipment and servicesControlling selection, training and supervision of staff.Managing and leading a team of dental professionals, including dentists, dental assistants and administrative staffOverseeing patient appointment scheduling, treatment planning and coordinationEnsuring compliance with all relevant dental regulations, policies and proceduresDriving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and practice efficiencyMaintaining accurate financial records and managing the practice's budgetImplementing marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new patientsActing as a liaison between the dental team, patients and the wider communityWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior dental management roleStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceExtensive knowledge of dental practices, procedures and regulationsProficient in financial management, budgeting and reportingProven track record in driving practice growth and implementing successful marketing initiativesTertiary qualifications in Management or a related fieldWhat we offerAt Mitcham Central Dental, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that values work-life balance.
