This role will play a key role in supporting the timely and efficient processing of payroll for both our corporate and franchise stores.The Junior Payroll Officer will be responsible for the lifecycle of employee records, including onboarding, updates to employment details, variations to employment terms, and terminations.
They will assist with maintaining our payroll inbox and provide support to our operations team with Time and Attendance system queries.What you can expect:Updating and maintaining employee profiles in our systemsReviewing, updating and processing superannuation and tax changesOwning the termination process, ensuring all documentation and final payments are completed accuratelyManaging the Payroll inbox, responding to employee queries and directing them to the appropriate department as neededMaintaining up-to-date records and assisting with ad hoc payroll-related projectsYou'll enjoy the role if you have:An eye for accuracy and a high level of organisational skillsAbility to troubleshoot payroll-related issuesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication skills both verbal and writtenWe're incredibly proud of our amazing people and always have each other's backs.
