Located 38 kilometres south of Mackay, DBCT P/L operates with a name plate capacity of 85 million tonnes per annum exporting coal from Central Queensland to ports around the world.

This permanent position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic area, providing administration assistance to the Asset Management (ASM) teams.
This position offers a variety of duties for an Administration Officer who is eager to further develop their administrative skills and make an impact within a supportive team.
What the role looks like:
General administrative support.
Managing and prioritising enquiries.
Preparation of agendas, scheduling meetings and taking minutes as required.
Organisation of travel and accommodation bookings.
Assist in preparation of reports, document creation and document control.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise workloads and see tasks through to completion.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
