The Opportunity This is an exciting career opportunity for a recent graduate, or someone with a keen interest in technology and financial services, to take a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships in the Wealth Management industry.
As a Product Support Analyst, you'll work closely with financial planners, delivering exceptional client service by leveraging your creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues.
You'll also collaborate with internal teams to investigate, analyse, and resolve a variety of software application challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities: Assisting clients with inbound phone and email inquiries (low volume).
Owning, troubleshooting, and tracking client incidents.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Prioritising critical issues and ensuring exceptional client service.
Proactively building knowledge about products and the financial services industry.
To Excel in This Role, You'll Bring: A tertiary qualification in a related discipline, ideally financial services (or equivalent experience - your passion and skills are what matter most).
A keen interest in financial planning, financial services, and/or technology.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic technical skills or familiarity with software applications (advantageous but not essential).
