Graduate Credit Analyst

The RoleReporting to the Credit Manager, the Graduate Credit Analyst supports the credit function that underpins AltX Group's diverse offerings.
This role is integral to ensuring credit submissions are accurately compiled for presentation to the Credit Committee and that loan documentation is precisely instructed and prepared.We are seeking a dynamic and smart junior analyst who is passionate about the property lending space and is eager to learn.Key Accountabilities Reviewing and assessing loan applications with a focus on both short-term and long-term mortgage products.Conducting due diligence in line with AltX's credit policies and procedures.Ensuring all necessary financial and legal documents are supplied to support the loan application process.Analysing and validating supporting documents, including interpreting financials, tax returns, and valuation reports.Conducting and interpreting searches (e.g., company, guarantor, title).Preparing comprehensive credit submissions and presenting recommendations to the Credit Committee.Managing a pipeline of incoming loan submissions efficiently on a day-to-day basis.Preparing loan instructions and collaborating with solicitors to ensure timely loan processing.Actively contributing to streamlining and improving credit processes for greater efficiency.Key Skills, Experiences, and AttributesDegree qualified in commerce or finance.Some experience within the finance industry.Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Clear and concise written communication skills.Strong team player.Self-starter who is quick to learn.Customer-centric mindset with a solutions-focused approach to challenges.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Exceptional multitasking, time management, and communication abilities.If this sounds like a perfect fit, we'd love to hear from youSubmit Your ApplicationInterested in joining our winning team?
