06th November, 2024 Since its launch in 2007, the MSWA Lotteries program has helped us to invest a staggering $48 million in medical research.
Now, having just given away our 30th Grand Prize home in the most recent Mega Home Lottery, MSWA is gearing up to delivery our biggest ever Mega Home Lottery marketing campaign in 2025.
Are you the right person to help us deliver this incredible, iconic campaign?
We are looking for a new team member who: Thinks strategically and analytically, with a keen attention to detail Can juggle multiple projects in a busy environment, through the use of excellent organisation and time management skills Has a creative and innovative mindset Has outstanding communications skills Is able to work as part of a team, as well as proactively and autonomously as required Is enthusiastic and brings a positive attitude to working on one of WA's biggest brands Is passionate about making a difference by using their marketing skills As a Marketing Officer, you will utilise your skills and experience to bring MSWA's lotteries portfolio to life – using a range of platforms including paid media channels, eDM comms, social media and community events.
Working closely with another Marketing Officer, and our two Senior Marketing Officers, you'll play a key role in executing two Mega Home Lottery campaigns per year, along with our other lotteries products.
You'll also work alongside five-time Campaign Brief Agency of the Year, The Brand Agency, to delivery assets for one of the largest, most varied media plans in Western Australia.
Some of your core tasks will include: Assisting with the creation of prize packages for lotteries Contributing to our creative campaign development, including attending 2 x Mega Home Lottery TV shoots per year Liaising with suppliers, creative and production agencies, and other MSWA departments Implementation and execution of a variety of end-to-end campaigns through channels including Meta and Google Adwords Creating and managing social media content Attending Mega Home Lottery events and interacting with our Clients and Supporters Briefing and proofing creative produced by both MSWA's in-house design team, and our creative agency Managing campaign budgets, tracking ROI, and optimising marketing investments Assisting in the drawing of prizes, and contacting our lucky winners Ensuring all lotteries are compliant to all relevant marketing and lotteries regulations This is an exciting and varied role; No two days will be the same.

Your toolkit: At least two years of experience assisting with the development and execution of successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, with retail products/brand experience very desirable A broad range of marketing skills such as social media, brand, digital, marketing, communications, media, PR Solid analytical skills to discover customer insights and continuously improve marketing effectiveness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to write with a brand's tone of voice Able to contribute creative ideas Capability in CMS and eDM systems, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable Capability in Microsoft Office Work sensitively with key stakeholders A NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain – we can help you there if so) And the benefits?
