We are looking for an experienced Director, UX Design to lead our growing Product Design / UX team, designing new features and products on our consumer grade SaaS B2B platform. This is an amazing opportunity for human-centered designers to work on our market leading, enterprise SaaS platform, used by some of the most well known brands in the world. The team will design simple, easy to use products distilled from complex business logic that utilize Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Big Data Visualizations and IoT for responsive web and mobile experiences. You will lead all aspects of product research, validation, workflow, interaction design and user testing.
Key Responsibilities Manage a team of UX designers, ensuring adherence to our design principles and processesCoach and mentor UX designers for their individual growth and developmentCollect feedback from multiple types of users and stakeholders to transform ideas and business opportunities into tangible assets that provide clear, usable, useful and desirable outcomes for usersDevelop data driven solutions that incorporate customer insights and principles throughout the creative process while achieving business goalsDesign and conduct user testing and analyze and translate into actionable plansCollaborate with Product/Program Managers, Engineers and Designers, and teams across the organizationContribute to and help maintain the pattern library and style guideCreate new designs & prototypes, including (but not limited to) high-level and/or detailed user flows, wireframes, and mockups, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Required Skills & Experience Experience managing a team of UX designersExcellent online or shareable Portfolio that showcases high quality enterprise SaaS design for highly available desktop and mobile solutions. (Please provide any required password.)Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, User Experience, related field, or equivalent work experience.10+ years of UX design experienceExperienced in communicating with engineers and advocating for designs and UX during the development processProficiency with industry standard design tools, preferably FigmaPreferred Skills & Experience Enterprise SaaS design experienceVisual Design skillsUX Research skillsUnderstanding of the B2B marketplaceExperience designing for transactional systemsFamiliarity and comfort working with complex workflows and end to end user testingExperience creating and maintaining a design systemWhy Work for Us?
