Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism)Full timeAs the Guest Services In Resort Sales Manager, you are primarily responsible for leading the Guest Services In Resort Sales team in delivering exceptional customer service.
The Guest Services In Resort Sales team are the gurus at selling lift, lesson, and rental passes to our in-resort guests.
You will provide positive leadership, constructive feedback, guidance, and support to the In Resort sales team and foster interdepartmental cooperation to ensure the In Resort Sales team performs at optimum levels.Thredbo is Australia's premier year-round alpine destination.
