You will be part of an innovative and multidisciplinary team delivering outstanding pharmacy services to our client hospital and their patients.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a highly automated hospital environment, and partner with various clinical teams across a fast-paced private hospital setting. You will work with an expert team of allied health professionals and doctors to leave a positive impact on patient care.About the RoleThis role is a permanent full-time position. You will be based onsite at the Hollywood Private Hospital in Nedlands, with onsite paid parking and several great cafes within walking distanceAs a Hospital Pharmacist, your duties include:Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge.Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients.Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees.Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines.About YouYou are an experienced Hospital Pharmacist seeking the next challenge in your pharmacy career.
