What You'll Do:
• Masterfully create sushi and sashimi that dazzle both the eyes and palate.
• Showcase exceptional live cooking skills at our famous teppanyaki tables – a crowd favourite
• Prepare authentic Japanese dishes, including rice, noodles, fish, meats, and desserts, with precision and artistry.
• Maintain a pristine, safe, and hygienic workspace while delivering top-notch cuisine.
What We're Looking For:
• Expertise in sushi, sashimi, and teppanyaki techniques – your craft is your art
• A solid understanding of Asian cooking philosophies and the ability to execute mise en place preparation like a pro.
• Experience across all sections of the kitchen, including teppan, sushi, and hot kitchen – versatility is key.
• Language skills: Japanese fluency is a plus, with a good command of English to ensure seamless communication.
