Join our P&C Talent Function as our Analyst - Workforce Planning, and play a critical role in ensuring Origin is equipped with the talent needed to deliver on its bold ambitions. If you thrive on data-driven insights, strategic forecasting, and collaborative problem-solving, we want you on our team. Your responsibilities will include:Analyse workforce data and external talent trends to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics.Create and update workforce plans to forecast future talent needs and costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and business leaders, to align workforce strategies with business objectives.Lead or contribute to workforce planning projects, ensuring timely execution.Present actionable insights to senior leaders to drive commercially sound decisions.What will you bring?You're naturally curious, proactive, and thrive in collaborative environments.
