We are seeking two Senior Marketing Managers to join our high performing Growth Marketing Team.
This team identifies areas for growth and leads subject matter experts across the business to achieve that growth.
They have a deep understanding of customers and can think outside the box to develop strategies to grow customer awareness, demand and preference.
The two roles report into the Head of Growth Marketing and whilst they will be responsible for a broad range of projects, we are looking for individuals with differing but complimentary skill sets:
Senior Marketing Manager – Growth: We're seeking a strategic mastermind that can analyse trends and data to identify and execute new growth opportunities.
Senior Marketing Manager – Campaign & Brand: And we're after a creative rebel that can act in a hybrid 'client'/'agency' side manner to devise brilliant marketing communications strategies and lead a creative team to execute them.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Devise brilliant marketing communications strategies and lead a creative team to execute them.
Creative oversight of the Luxury Escapes brand and tone of voice to drive an emotional connection with customers.
Analyse market trends, data and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate and inspire with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Customer Marketing, CRM, content & Product managers to enhance marketing campaigns and customer experience through experimentation across the entire customer lifecycle.
Run campaigns and testing new channels in a methodical and iterative manner.
Work on brand visual identity collaboratively to install the discipline required to drive consistent and aligned creative work.
Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to capitalise on emerging marketing technologies and platforms.
Develop and implement the marketing campaigns for new products.
Implement a focused customer acquisition plan and customer engagement and retention strategy.
Review the customer funnel and consistently drive projects to optimize sales performance.
About You: Proven experience in marketing specifically in developing marketing strategies for growth and in developing creative campaigns to achieve objectives.
Creative mindset with a track record of executing innovative marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in using data to inform marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A broad range of marketing experience (including digital) with a passion to deliver compelling campaigns from inception through delivery and to performance analysis.
A roll your sleeves up mentality that can see opportunity in ambiguity.
