Drive your career with mycarRole OverviewJoin the Western Australia Senior Leadership Team as an Operations Manager, leading your region with up to 10 direct reporting Store Managers, making a positive difference for mycar.As an Operations Manager - Perth, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your people, driving brand engagement in local communities, and maximizing growth and profit potential of the stores in your area.
To keep our people, customers and community safe, you will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, industrial awards/agreements and relevant regulatory standards.As people are at the heart of all that we do, your role will be based in-store with your teams to provide you with real time opportunities to lead, develop and mentor your team ensuring they perform, grow and thrive.
