Godfrey Hirst, a leader in high-quality flooring solutions, is seeking an After Sales Service Manager (NSW) to join our dynamic team.

As the market leader, our range is stocked by all major flooring retail chains and independent flooring retailers throughout Australia.
The Role
As the After Sales Service Manager (NSW), you will report directly to the National After Sales Service Manager.
You will oversee and manage the investigation and resolution of manufacturing fault claims for both residential and commercial projects.
Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our products and services.
50% of the role involves working on a computer, including tasks such as using AS400, writing reports, and managing emails with attachments and photos.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and process product warranty claims related to carpets, carpet tiles, and hard flooring in both residential and commercial markets.
Ensure claims are handled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Liaise with customers, installers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Areas of responsibilities include metropolitan, regional NSW and ACT.
About You
Proven experience in after-sales service within the flooring industry.
Knowledge and experience of soft and hard flooring products and installation methods.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and good computer skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims effectively.
