Collaborate with a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and uphold Bene's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized care to meet residents' health, safety, and comfort needs.Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and document them as required.Supervise and guide Personal Care Workers to ensure effective and timely care delivery.Maintain up-to-date care plans, assessments, and incident reports.Support and mentor care staff, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.Actively participate in quality improvement and compliance with aged care standards.Key Performance Areas Adhere to Bene's policies, ANMC standards, and AHPRA requirements.Provide care that respects residents' preferences, cultural values, and spiritual beliefs.Ensure accurate and timely documentation for care plans, reviews, and assessments.Foster teamwork and high standards of care among the care staff.Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and respond professionally to feedback.Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.Strong clinical knowledge, particularly in aged care.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to detail and compliance with care standards.Current National Police Certificate.Previous experience in aged care.Current First Aid Certification.If you are a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse eager to make a meaningful difference at St. Pauls in Hahndorf, we'd love to welcome you to the Bene Aged Care team.
