Job Description In this role, you'll be a key leader in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the resort, training and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service. You will foster a positive work environment while promoting open communication and collaboration among departments.
Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the front office team to maintain high service standards for all guests.Train and support team members, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles.Handle guest inquiries and feedback, prioritizing effective recovery and satisfaction.Promote open communication and efficiency between departments.Foster a workplace culture that prioritizes health and safety, reflecting Accor's values.Support the recruitment, training, and development of the Front Office Team.If you're passionate about driving operational success and creating memorable guest experiences, we want you on our team
Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a resort or hotel.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.Confident and articulate communicator, skilled in negotiation and relationship building.Adaptable and responsive to change, with a flexible approach to challenges.RMLV and First Aid certification required (can be obtained after hiring if not already held).Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.Why work for Accor?
