Your responsibilities include: Ensuring the availability of the FM Applications service exceeds defined service levelsEnsuring contractual KPI's with customers are metCompleting resource planning and staff management of the FM Applications teamEnsuring financial, people and customer targets are achieved and exceededEnd-to-end management of incidents and 2nd and 3rd line support resolution within the FM Applications teamSerco is a place for you. This role is ideal for an experienced Applications Manager who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on our team.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage a team of 9-12 reports.
You'll oversee both project and operations management, ensuring smooth workflow while driving continuous improvements to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
To be successful in this role you'll have: Background in application and database support in a complex environmentProven ITIL based service delivery management and historyExperience working with senior stakeholders, management users, vendors, and subcontractorsExperience managing teams, appropriately allocating responsibilities, coaching and mentoringAbility to empower team members to achieve goals, motivate each person to bring their best to the team and drive team cohesionExperience in budget submissions and P&L managementIf you are passionate about technology, people, and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
