Avant is looking for a Strategy Senior Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time role that based in either Sydney or Melbourne CBD .
This role is one of the central points for coordinating Group strategy and business planning.
The key responsibilities include: Drive the annual business planning process, including liaising with various divisions, and preparing Board documentation.
Assist stakeholders in identifying key areas of focus, guided by an assessment of internal and external factors as well as Avant's strategic objectives.
Assist stakeholders in prioritizing strategic initiatives and projects.
Facilitate effective strategic conversations that steer the organization and ensure it is on track to achieve its strategic objectives.
Prepare for strategy offsite and reviews, including stakeholder consultations, strategic analysis, and documentation of material.
Assist in driving Group led strategic projects.
To be successful in this role you will have: Over 5 years of experience in developing and executing corporate strategy or relevant strategy consulting experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline Proven experience in Senior Executive engagement Why work at Avant?
