Job Summary
As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help the organization deliver quality care and support for their residents.
You'll be responsible for handling administrative tasks, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and engaging with residents to create a vibrant and happy environment.

Main Duties of the Job
This role is 16 hours a week Thursday / Friday with the possibility of covering holidays and weekends.
You'll need to have the ability to multitask, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner.
It's also important that you're a people person who can take a genuine interest in the residents and their families.
The organization will provide training and development opportunities to help you build your skills and confidence across your responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
In this varied role, you'll need to answer the phone, handle our files, and support our managers.
You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different.
Across everything you do as an Admin Assistant here, you'll go out of your way to help us create a vibrant, happy environment.

About You
If you have the ability to multi-task, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner, you could be well-suited to the Admin Assistant role with us.
It's also really important that you're a people person and take a genuine interest in our residents and their families.
