Description We're on the hunt for an Audio Producer who's deeply passionate about voice and thrives on creating exceptional audio experiences.
You're not just skilled in the craft of voice production—you live for it.
You excel at managing production pipelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless projects.

You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team of product owners, content writers, and developers to bring our audio vision to life.
Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we'd love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities: As our Audio Producer, you'll be at the forefront of crafting engaging and effective audio experiences that empower our users.
You will:
Lead the creation of high-quality audio assets from conception to delivery Spearhead the testing and production of cutting-edge AI voice tools Manage our audio production pipeline, coordinating with external studios, editors, and artists Analyse customer data and feedback to continuously improve our audio experiences Explore new frontiers in audio, including innovative voices and styles
What You'll Bring to the Role: Experience in audio production, particularly with voice apps, audiobooks, or podcasts A keen interest in Gen-AI and automation, with a willingness to learn and innovate Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
