What's on offer for you?Permanent position based out of our vibrant Melbourne officeTraining and development opportunities, health and wellbeing initiatives, birthday leave, volunteer leave, concert tickets, footy tickets, social events – PLUS much moreIndustry leading and gender neutral Paid Parental Leave Policy which offers 20 weeks paid parental leave for a primary carer.Award-winning, highly supportive and creative culture that enables you to be your best unique selfFlexible & hybrid working environment (we offer a range of flexible working options to help our people balance work and home life).Attractive salary package and opportunities for growth & progression – we love to promote internally across our 52 officesWhat you'll be doing:Directly manage at least one major podcast and oversee other original sports podcast as directed, this includes episode planning, arranging guests, pre-interviewing guests, briefing hosts, recording, post production and distributionBooking and managing studio and podcaster recording sessions, and editing podcast episodes as requiredEnsure all podcast content meets relevant business requirements before publishingTo work with SCA social media, marketing, PR and radio teams to ensure successful and meaningful promotion of the podcastExperience we're looking for: Minimum of 3 years experience in producing content for either online, radio or televisionDesired experience in using industry standard audio and/or video editing tools including audio editing software (Adobe Audition) and Final Cut Pro, or similar.Ability to produce, write, edit and preferably post produce audio visual content for podcast and digital channelsExperience collaborating with, and managing on-air talent to achieve goals of the businessAn understanding of legal compliance issues relating to audio broadcasts, including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomesDemonstrated expertise in narrative construction and creative storytellingContributes to creating a team environment which fosters innovation and creativityIs able to adapt style/output to optimise results depending on the intended audienceExcellent communication skills and influencing skills, capable of adopting a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to the audience and nature of the informationWe are a values driven organisation - if you genuinely live and breathe our values, you'll be a great addition to SCA.We're Better TogetherPeople are our PowerAlways CuriousWe Push Doors OpenBe GenuineStill not convinced?Head to our TikTok, , for a sneak peek into some of the fun we have at SCAKeen?
