Join live entertainment's most innovative, dynamic, and passionate global business.An Exciting Opportunity AwaitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Event Producer to join our TES Live team based in Melbourne.About TES LiveTES Live is the leading producer and supplier of family entertainment and live activation across the Australian and International markets.

TES Live design, build, create and produce over 1,500 live activations annually, across all sizes, scope and industries.The RoleThe Sales and Event Producer role plays will lead and manage their own account suite of clients and events, from quoting and ideation through to execution.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining trusted client relationships that lead to continuous business and includes developing client pitch documents in response to briefs and requests for proposals.This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and suppliers, whilst working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure all event deadlines and client expectations are met.Key Responsibilities:Client ManagementBuild and maintain trusted client relationships, including proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating their needs to ensure successful client retention and continuous business.Sales & ProposalsDevelop compelling written proposals and quotes for targeted client accounts.Negotiate mutually beneficial budgets with clients, ensuring effective event execution within required profit margins.Event ManagementPlan and execute events seamlessly, including identifying resources and creating comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery within budget and margins.Conduct site visits as needed.Oversee event execution, including clear communication and management of relevant internal and external stakeholders before, during, and after events.Produce detailed run sheets, bump-in/out schedules, event manuals, and briefing documents for each event.Communicate plans effectively with on-site staff.Provide production support by collaborating to solve creative challenges.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate and coordinate effectively with internal teams (sales, creative, production, and warehouse) and external contractors.Manage relationships with key stakeholders including partners and partner venues.Administration & FinanceProvide administrative support to the Creative Producer and wider team as required.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the database.Manage event budgets meticulously, including processing invoices and purchases as required.Produce post event reports for both the client and internal stakeholders.Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)Ensure strict adherence to OHS regulations for all events and productions.RequirementsThe PersonExperience in event management, project management or account management.Experience in creating and maintaining budgets.Sales experience is preferred.Project Management programs such as Monday.com or Asana.3D Modelling programs such as SketchUp or AutoCAD.Ability to problem solve and work independently in a changing and multitasking environment with numerous deadlines.Other key considerations for this positionDue to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on the weekend.BenefitsComplimentary tickets to selected eventsBirthday LeaveVolunteering LeaveAccess to wellbeing discountsFlu VaccinationsCompany Paid Parental LeaveFree Advice and Support (EAP)What you can expect?Global Reward and Recognition ProgramSupportive and exciting Learning and Development OpportunitiesCareer PathwaysA commitment to Diversity, Equity, and InclusionGreat team membersAbout TEGTEG is a global leader in Live Entertainment, Ticketing and Technology.
