You'll join a dynamic, fast-paced start-up culture in our Hosted Events team, where you'll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one and plenty of room to grow and develop your career.

Our office is based in Abbotsford, Melbourne, with a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to split your time between the office and home.
This role is full-time, with a preference for Monday to Friday work, but we're open to flexible schedules, including weekend availability.

About the Role We're on the hunt for a friendly and motivated individual to join our vibrant Hosted Events Sales team
As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you'll help customers across Australia plan and book memorable hosted experiences, from wine tours to birthday parties and corporate events.

If you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven to hit sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service, this is the role for you.

While previous sales experience is preferred, we're also keen to chat with enthusiastic individuals with strong customer-facing experience and a knack for building genuine rapport.

Core Responsibilities Assist clients via phone and email to plan, book, and manage their events and celebrations.
Learn the ins and outs of our event offerings to confidently recommend and sell experiences tailored to our clients needs.
Manage inbound sales enquiries, with the opportunity to build B2B relationships.
Deliver exceptional customer service while handling event administration tasks.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery for our clients.
Success Metrics Consistently meet or exceed sales conversion and volume targets.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Effectively manage enquiries across email and phone with timely responses.
Support the smooth delivery of events through attention to detail and proactive communication.
Skills and Experience Exceptional customer service skills, with confidence in converting enquiries into sales.
Previous experience in phone sales, customer support, event management or retail is preferred but not essential—passion and willingness to learn are key
Strong time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A proactive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for working with people.
