NPE offers pipeline and construction, engineering, remote telemetry, and disaster recovery management for mining, oil and gas, civil construction, and municipal industries.
About the Role: Play a pivotal role to support, develop, and maintain an effective branch strategy to create a successful, stand-alone business unit. As the Branch Manager, you will lead operations and business growth within your region, adhering to budgetary requirements and delivering products and services in a timely, safe, and profitable manner.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage and sustain professional business relationships and achievement of operations P&L expectations.Effective and timely deployment and recovery of all company assets within your region.Implement the selection and mobilisation of equipment for various projects and ensure it is of the highest standard possible for designated sites.Rostering skilled personnel and equipment to carry out site works.Adhering to delivery dates to meet installation deadlines.Following contractor engagement processes.Liaising with technical and operational support teams to maintain quality outputs.Assist in the development and management of business processes and tools.Plan, identify, define and monitor asset availability, inventory levels and standard products.Keep abreast of industry trends, including competitor and client activities.Continually promote company values, policies and procedures in a positive light and lead by example.Ensure that all team members adhere to policies and procedures and uphold company values to maintain a positive workplace culture.Drive, promote and implement safe systems of work within your branch to ensure the ongoing safety and well-being of all NPE personnel.Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar position.Knowledge of equipment and plant range, or similar transferrable knowledge.Proven ability to manage outcomes and expectations with senior business leaders and key stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.Proven leadership ability to develop, empower and motivate employees.Management of P&L and budgets.Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.Results driven, solutions focused and highly organised.Strong analytical capability.A demonstrable business acumen, with the ability to operate in a highly entrepreneurial manner.Excellent and recognisable negotiating and communication skills.We believe in providing a great employee experience.
