Our 24-month program provides a well-balanced approach to your clinical and personal development and Empowers you to make a real difference in people's lives.
In your first year, you will embark on a journey of professional development where you'll be supported by peers and mentors working in a team environment.
A personalised GROWTH plan, with regular mentoring, learning modules and workshops will form the basis of your schedule.
Your second year will enable you to explore different facets of our organisation through our Business Operations Program, Mentoring Program, and Advanced Clinical Skills Program, offering valuable exposure and experience.

The Graduate ProgramOur dedicated graduate program provides wrap around support so you can confidently transition into life as a first-year clinician and extend the skills you worked hard to develop at university.
As a Graduate Occupational Therapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients ranging in age with various needs and goals.

You must have:
