We're seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as the Head of Strategic Account Services.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the transition of our Strategic Account Services program from pilot to public launch, managing a high-performing team of Marketplace Consultants and Program Managers, as well as overseeing the launch of Premium Selling Partner Support, and implementation of an offshore differentiated issue resolution team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, fostering innovation, working with global Stakeholders, and delivering exceptional Seller experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities
Program Development and Launch:
Lead the strategic transition of the Strategic Account Services program from pilot to full-scale public launchDevelop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the program across the organizationTeam Leadership and Management:
Directly recruit, manage, and mentor a team of Marketplace Consultants, Team Leads, and Program Managers reaching a team of 20 by EOY 2025Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvementBuild and implement Learning & Development programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent service deliveryLaunch, develop, and indirectly manage an offshore RBS team of 5 HCStrategic Planning and Execution:
Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the Strategic Account Services divisionSet goals and KPIs for the team and programRegularly review and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessExecute the launch of Premium Selling Partner SupportSeller Relationship Management:
Serve as the senior point of contact for key strategic accountsEnsure the delivery of high-quality, value-added services to SellersIdentify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingRevenue Growth and Business Development:
Drive revenue growth through the expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new clientsDevelop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance service offeringsCollaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create compelling value propositionsDevelop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environmentFinancial Management:
PnL Ownership – manage budget and resources effectivelyForecast revenue and expenses accurately, including onshore, offshore HCIdentify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service qualityReporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to track program performanceAnalyze data to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-makingPresent regular updates to senior leadership on program progress and outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or related fieldsProven track record of successfully launching and scaling programs or servicesExceptional leadership skills with experience managing senior-level direct reportsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDeep understanding of marketplace dynamics and digital business modelsExperience with data analysis and performance metrics7+ years of team management experienceStrategic planning and executionProject managementFinancial acumenClient relationship managementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
