We seek to fill the position of Psychologist - Team Lead.

Your new role
As Team Lead - Psychologist, you will deliver an array of clinical and organisational development consultancy services across an array of industries, including:
Provide regular professional supervision, feedback and appraisals for staff and contractors to maintain and ensure evidenced based and high quality Psychological services are maintained.
Oversee and manage services including referral coordination, case updates and service transitions.
Assist the Managing Director, Operations Manager and Manager – Injury Services to implement strategic initiatives.
Promote, establish and maintain key customer relationships.
Identify and implement continuous improvement to ensure quality, cost effective services.
Identify new business development opportunities.
Psychological treatment through:
Compensation schemes: pain management, trauma, depression, anxiety & adjustment to disability.
Critical Incident response and management supporting people at their workplace.
Private & Medicare rebated treatment.
Psychological Assessment: Fitness for work, Pre-employment psychometric & Pre-claim liability.
Employees Assistance Programs (EAP)'s: counselling to adults, children and adolescents.
Supporting Managers with workplace challenges.
What we need from you
Full professional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
10 years plus experience as a Psychologist with a preference that you have workplace wellness and/or mental health experience.
Professional report writing experience.
Clinical competence with an array of therapeutic approaches.
Experience developing, delivering and facilitating organisational development services including psychological health & safety, vicarious & primary trauma, coaching & workplace mental health training.
Ability to manage client relationships, promoting EAP, Psychological services and other Wellness services.
Experience supervising and guiding other Psychologists.
Preference as an accredited APS Supervisor.
