Job Responsibilities Support legal officers in managing information for litigation and advice, including preparing chronologies, collating documents, summarising information, printing documents, and attending to filing materials in courts/tribunals.
Interpret and apply the requirements of the relevant legislation and policies.
Attend court or civil proceedings to support legal officers in litigation.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to provide accurate work on time.
Ensure relevant documentation is appropriately filed in our file management system and assist with reporting requirements.
Track compliance and prepare reports about regulatory timeframes and internal KPIs.
Establish, develop and maintain co-operative and mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
