We are looking for Care Companions to join our team at Sienna Grange Aged Care in Port Macquarie.
The role would be permanent part-time with 8 shifts per fortnight from 10.30pm-7.15am:
Week 1: Monday, TuesdayWeek 2: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, FridayWhat's on Offer: $32.33 per hour base plus super, plus any penalties.Permanent roleFlex-Up - work additional hours as available and boost your incomeEnjoy additional yearly Well-Being and Community leave days as well as up to 14 weeks paid parental leave with equal benefits for both parents and access to a number of employee discounts.Your New Role As a Care Companion, you will provide care and support that enhances our residents' wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
