Industrial Recruitment Manager

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced and results-driven Industrial Recruitment Manager to lead our dynamic team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in volume recruitment within the blue-collar industrial sector, with extensive experience managing and driving success in high-demand recruitment environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about leading teams, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across Logistics, FMCG and Trades industries.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a high-performing team to meet and exceed KPIs and budget targets.Manage recruitment processes for high-volume industrial positions, ensuring efficiency and quality in candidate selection.Drive financial performance by managing budgets, reducing costs, and maximizing profitability.Prepare and implement quarterly sales targets to drive growth and profitability.Deliver safety leadership and build strong, lasting client relationships based on trust and compliance.Implement the CM Risk Management framework across all activities, ensuring adherence to WHS standards.Provide strong leadership and direction, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.Support team development through training, coaching, and performance management.Create and sustain a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace culture in line with Chandler Macleod's values.Monitor KPIs to track recruitment process efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.Conduct performance reviews and implement Success Planning for direct reports.Qualifications: Proven experience managing an industrial recruitment team, ideally with a focus on volume recruitment in the blue-collar sector (Logistics, FMCG, Trades).Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, drive financial performance, and meet growth targets.In-depth knowledge of industrial recruitment processes and systems.Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.A deep understanding of WHS compliance and risk management.What We Offer: Career progression in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.Recognition through our Reward and Recognition Platform.Access to a high-performance reward program and exclusive financial savings opportunities through salary packaging and novated leasing.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities to help you unlock your potential.Access to our Employee Assistance Program for confidential counselling and support.If you're ready to take your career to the next level and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, we want to hear from you Apply now and become a key part of Chandler Macleod's success story.
